still her .. the bread machine!
Yes, because in this period (in which time, as I said, seemed to evaporate and run al'impazzata) the only one not to abandon it was just her, I dedicate the first post in 2009 to an appliance most exploited of the year: the bread machine!
Bread with Caramelized Onions
gr. 280 Water
2 onions
gr. 350 flour 00 gr
. 150 Manitoba
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon oil
1 packet of yeast lyophilized
Slice the onions and cook in a pan with a little 'oil until they are golden.
(if you prefer a lighter recipe, it is obviously possible to cook with water).
Add salt and pepper.
Place in bread machine water, oil, salt and sugar. Then add flour and baking powder.
Add the caramelized onions to the beep of the machine, so that will not melt but remain apart.
Program: base
Crust: Media
forgot .. The recipe comes from cookbook GLF, a very useful collection of recipes for bread machine.
